I’m a license nail technician. I love what I do. I enjoy being creative. Deposits are REQUIRED. NO DEPOSIT MEANS NO APPOINTMENT. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. When you get the salon let me know your here before entering the building. My bell is #2. Please DON’T bring extra people to your appointment. You have a 15 minute grace period before a late fee of $25 is applied to your service total, after 30 minutes of being late your appointment is canceled. If I’m running behind schedule I will inform you ahead of time. NO SHOW NO CALL, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK AGAIN. If your late to appointments the deposit is still non-refundable. NO PETS ALLOWED AND ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR DRINKING. NO KIDS ARE ALLOWED. Also bring headphones for your phone. Use your inside voice at all timesBusiness Hours

Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, please note the following cancellation policy:
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.
• This fee will be applied to the card on file or must be paid before booking any future appointments.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may be restricted from booking again.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.
